What a great way to revitialize and dance your stress away!

These are just two things to help with stress and to keep our mind and body working. The key is to stay safe and active!

As we begin to reopen, it is important to remember to still take precautions. We need to all continue to sanitize, wear masks and maintain the six feet requirements. Social distancing is very hard and can be lonely at times however, there are ways to cope with this new way of life. One fun and exciting thing to do is to paint rocks! That’s right and it is so easy to do. You do not need to be an artist and everyone in the family should participate. This has become a fad across the country. All you need to do is venture into your back yard or local park and find rocks. Pick up some paints and start creating any kind of design or image you choose. Next, go to a park and place them in various places for others to find. On the back side of the rock date it, put your initials on it and a message for the person who finds it. You can search Facebook and find groups to join or start your own group. Be sure to invite family and friends to join and share with their contacts.

Happy Creating and Hunting!
