Warmth – As heat gently emits upwards from the UFH system usually cold flooring becomes evenly warm to touch, eliminating cold spots or draughts common with radiators. Efficiency – UFH provides a much more energy and cost efficient heating solution than radiators, covering the full surface area of the room using a low flow temperature. Discreet – Tubing and wiring is beneath the floor, making the system invisible, which frees-up wall space, ideal for open plan living and rooms such as kitchens where space is a premium. Safety – Runs at a lower temperature to radiators and protects from scalds.
