Please request a free on-site survey by our expert staff so that we could use their findings to prepare a tailored offer for your company. Our offer will contain all planning and production line installation costs, as well as the use of any special equipment required for the installation project, all craning and lifting work and the calculated fees for the permits.

EXPERT CONSULTANCY – PRODUCTION LINE INSTALLATION Our experts carry out a detailed survey to determine all parameters necessary for the installation of the production line; they draw up the plans required for the installation project and identify all special equipment needed to install the machinery. This survey is then used as the basis for the quotation tailored to the company.

WE PREPARE OUR MACHINE INSTALLATION QUOTATION Preparing the quotation is a complex task which requires specialist expertise. We need to know every detail and installation condition to be able to present an accurate offer. The structural engineers working in our machine installation business will draw up the most favourable quotation for the production line installation. The quotation will cover every relevant aspect of the installation project. When installing machines, we also provide special liability insurance, which provides a guarantee for everybody.

PROJECT • Installing a PZS900 forging line • Craning, moving, installing, fitting a metal-slitting saw, an induction heater, a rolling mill, a screw press, a hydraulic press and the relevant automation devices, installing their electrical wiring and putting them into operation. • The heaviest weight to be lifted: 200 tons
PROJECT • Connecting an A88 cell to the electrical network and to air and cooling water piping. • Installing the tray system needed for the electrical connections, installing and connecting the cables between the electrical enclosures and the busbar. • Constructing the feed and the return pipes of the cooling water system, installing their mounting support and connecting them to existing piping • Constructing an air piping system, installing the pipes and their mounting support • Disassembling and assembling a tower crane and an overhead crane • Constructing the foundation for a tower crane with a maximum load capacity of 3 tons • Disassembling the crane and assembling it again at a new location specified by the Principal. • Disconnecting the tower crane from the electric supply and then reconnecting it. • Putting the crane into service

UPGRADING THE Q7 MAIN DISTRIBUTOR
• Constructing shield gas piping for welding cells • The piping feeds the 1st and 2nd lines of the Q7. The pipes start at the current gas mixer and form a circle above the two lines. The main pipe is a copper tube with a diameter of 54 mm and a wall thickness of 2 mm. The fittings are joined by way of pressing. • Relocating the busbar over the support elements of the crane runway • Disassembling the busbar • Relocating the crane runway • Improving and upgrading the lighting system of the Q7 workshop
• Adding a new extension to the existing enclosure • Extending the busbar of the existing enclosure • Feeding the second busbar of the Q7 2nd line from the newly installed enclosure after the upgrade • Installing a new cable of larger diameter for the bushing cell and connecting it to a dedicated circuit breaker
