Transforming Generations
Through Missions Discipleship
WMU of Texas believes that missions discipleship is a life-long endeavor. Through the WMU curriculum, our goal is help churches teach preschoolers to senior adults how to live missionally every day of their life.
Missions Transformed My Family
"Mission discipleship has transformed our family by equipping us, and helping us to be more aware of the need others have to hear the gospel of Christ. It also has given us the opportunity to fulfill the great commission as we work together as a family by serving the Lord by praying and giving to missions."
–Irma Ynostra (pictured)
The Next Generation Of Missionaries
“Seeing the hearts of preschoolers change from focusing on themselves to focusing on helping others will begin to build the foundation for this next generation of missionaires. I expect some of our preschoolers to be missionaries throughout the world.” –Phyllis
Brower
Missions Discipleship Changed My Life
“Girls In Action and Acteens transformed my life by giving me a chance at worshipping God alongside a tightly knit community, which was something I didn’t really have before I joined the age-level group at my church."
–Aileeen Gregorio Meija
Being On Mission Behind Bars
"Jesus identified Himself as the source of freedom. Because God seeks to set prisoners free—not always from their physical prison, but certainly from their imprisonment by sin, ignorance, rebellion, and foolish choices Christian Job Corps in Kendall County is now providing life management classes, mentoring, and Bible study in the Kendall County jail system." –Chris
