It offers beginner education in Hebrew and Basic Judaism, and a full range of adult and youth opportunities, etc. Women speak from the pulpit after services and at events and functions, and hold positions on the Executive Committee and Board, but do not participate in service leadership or receive aliyot. The synagogue boasts an active programmatic agenda including adult and youth activities. The congregation also features an active sisterhood. No one is excluded from membership because of financial capacity. The synagogue can accommodate events using a Glatt Kosher Caterer, for up to 225 people. The synagogue maintains an eruv and has a full length gymnasium that hosts soccer, karate, and basketball leagues, and can accommodate party rentals.
