Vanessa has deep roots in Southern California; She grew up in Orange County, received her BFA in Theatre Performance from Chapman University, and has lived in Los Angeles for the past ten years.

The connection to Real Estate has always been a part of her life. When she was 19 years old, she invested in her first property. That investment set her up to be able to buy her own home in 2016. That home sale created a level of passion she could not ignore. She gained critical experience working on top-producing teams and as a successful leasing agent.
