Fellow nerds rejoice, for we are about to see an interpretation of what was once a figment of our imaginations That’s right Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves is set to release on March 31st of this year This movie is anticipated to be a large improvement from the one released in 2000, which garnered an average rating of 2-3 stars. This year’s version is rated PG-13 and is 2 hours and 14 minutes long. The trailer displays impressive graphics and contains scenes full of fighting and magic. The plot revolves around a group of heroes that band together in order to stop a force of evil that they accidentally unleashed

There are plenty of notable actors featured in the movie, each playing a different class from the original game Chris Pine plays a bard, Regè-Jean Page plays a paladin, Michelle Rodriguez plays a barbarian, Hugh Grant acts as a rogue, and Justice Smith portrays a sorcerer The directors, John Francis Daley and Jonathon Goldstein, are known for movies of somewhat similar tastes and hopefully developed an outstanding story stemming from the bountiful source material. It will be interesting to see how the characters develop and how the story unfolds, due to Dungeons & Dragons being a chooseyour-own-adventure game.

One may wonder, how do leprechauns connect to this patron saint? The famous leprechauns were not originally intended to be part of the celebration, as they have nothing to do with St. Patrick. However, since St. Patrick’s Day has developed and changed over time, this has become a holiday celebrating everything about the Irish culture. Because of this, Leprechauns, prominent beings from Irish folklore, have become lumped into the regular recognizable symbols and celebrations of this day
