Their excellent drawing performance and service life are a trademark recognized by customers around the world. BECHEM Unopol products cover emulsions and synthetics for copper wire drawing as well as emulsions for aluminum wire drawing. Products like the BECHEM Unopol G 600 and BECHEM Unopol F-812 are high performance emulsions for rod breakdown and multi-wire applications. BECHEM Unopol S 643 is a synthetic that is recognized for its ability to extend die life significantly. BECHEM Unopol AL 560 is becoming a very popular emulsion because of its ability to perform as a rod breakdown lubricant. Berudraw products cover the traditional straight oil products for aluminum, steel and stainless steel wire. Berudraw AL products offer viscosities for any aluminum or aluminum alloy drawing application. The rest of the Berudraw line focuses on chlorinated and non-chlorinated products for steel and stainless steel wire. The exciting new comer to the wire drawing market is the Beruforge line of products. The initial formulations started, as the name suggests, in the forging industry.
