The community room is available for small gatherings and meetings for approximately 40 people. This is not a party room. Fee: $25 residents (per hour) $50 nr (per hour)

The Winnetka Park District rents out the Maple Street (max: 75) and Elder Lane (max: 25) beach houses for birthday parties and other gatherings from May 15 to October 15. Rental time must include your set-up and clean up time needs. Reservations for 2014 rentals begin January 2, 2014. For more information, call (847) 501-2040. Fee: $100 residents (for up to six hours) $200 nr (for up to 6 hours) $25 residents / $50 nr (per hour after six hours) Rental time must include your set-up and clean up time needs. A $100 resident / $200 nr rental deposit is requested to secure date and is separate from any fees required. Please Note: Renting a Beach House does not grant your party beach access.

Patrons are required to obtain a park permit at the Winnetka Park District Administrative Office (application is also available online at www. winpark.org) for picnics when:
• 10 or more people will be attending • Alcohol will be present • Charging a fee to participate
All requests must be made at least one week in advance on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations for 2014 permits begin January 2, 2014. Fee: NC residents (all available parks) $50 nr (parks without shelters – Elder Lane, Maple Street & Tower Road Parks) $100 (parks with shelters – Crow Island Woods, Hubbard Woods & Indian Hill Parks) Rental time must include your set-up and clean up time needs. A $100 resident / $200 nr rental deposit is requested to secure date and is separate from any fees required.
