Situated within a 30-minute drive of Washington, D.C., The Winery at Bull Run is an ideal destination for you to come and taste award-winning red and white wines. Other than this, the winery offers multiple events venues including the Main Tasting Room, Hillwood Ruins, the Barrel Room, the Main Patio, and the vineyard. You can also have a glimpse into the rich heritage of Virginia and Civil War Era winemaking techniques.
Interestingly, the winery is located adjacent to the historical Manassas Battlefield. Showcasing wine-making techniques from Civil War era, it is a filled with artifacts and relics from that period which will transport you back in time. Hours: Open from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday to Wednesday, until 8:00 PM on Thursdays and until 9:00 PM on Fridays, you will enjoy an extensive wine list and have a leisurely wine tasting experience.
