Daniel spent time at Spirited Wines and Majestic before joining Museum Wines in Dorset. Under his guidance the company has expanded to incorporate a second site and multiple wholesale accounts. Daniel became MD in 2017.
Sunny’s career has seen him rise within the hospitality industry with plaudits at Gaucho, Margot and Fordwich Arms. He opened his first shop and wine bar, Diogenes The Dog, in Elephant & Castle last year.
Sam joined Norwich merchant HarperWells in February 2014, his 15th year in the wine industry. He is a privateclient sales specialist who, in previous roles, has worked in the fine wine market, selling to international clients.

Before starting her own business in St Albans in 2004, Julia was a buyer for various companies and marketing manager for Sainsbury’s wine department. She keeps her wine knowledge up to date by going to as many tastings as possible.
Jonathan is an experienced sommelier and director of hydration at the Bishops Stortford merchant. With a career spanning The Ritz, Social Eating House and Quattro Passi, he pays scrupulous attention to detail and flavours.
Dee’s career in hospitality has involved senior roles at Giraffe and Merchants Tavern. Now she is responsible for keeping the shelves well-stocked with premium and everyday-drinking wines for her discerning Mayfair customers.
