On behalf of the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the Wine Forum of Oklahoma. is year, we have an entire new team of faculty advisors and students, and there is much anticipation intertwined with excitement as this is a signature event for our School and the Spears School of Business. Accordingly, our students and faculty advisors have diligently planned the Wine Forum with a reimagined focus in production.

We are very grateful for your participation as all of you are essential to ensure we continue the legacy and tradition of the Wine Forum. None of this would have been possible without the guiding vision and ongoing support of Carl and Marilynn oma, along with my predecessors, faculty, administrators, and students. Moreover, we are extremely grateful for all the past and current vintners, chefs, restaurateurs, moderators, speakers, and our patrons that have played a signi cant role in creating this unique learning opportunity for our students. is year, we are honored to welcome Joe and Monica Eastin as our Honorary Chairs along with our featured Chef Olivier Gaupin.

As this is a student-executed event, I can assure you that they have been hard at work, and eager to display their teamwork and skills. Besides the experiential education component, numerous student scholarships and program enhancements have been awarded over the years, helping us make a di erence as our students prepare for their professional careers. Finally, we are indebted to our dedicated and committed faculty and sta , and very appreciative of the close support provided by the OSU Foundation.
