ith fewer than 300 guests, a Windstar yacht is large enough to pamper and indulge, yet small enough to anchor in secluded coves and dock in the heart of tiny Old World villages — places larger ships can’t reach. Experience cultures in ways that are personal, authentic, and unscripted — just as you would if you arrived in port on your own private yacht. Surroundings on board are elegant, sophisticated, and fresh from renovations that reflect the discerning tastes of our guests. Days are relaxed and unregimented, perfect for stimulating conversations with like-minded travelers and engaging crew. And throughout the ship, you experience a delicious freedom from crowds, and warm, impeccable service that’s been voted the best on the seas.

he most delicious thing happens when you dine on a Windstar yacht. The essence of the culture you just explored on shore miraculously appears as a culinary masterpiece on your plate. The freshest local ingredients, seasonal produce, and amazing ingenuity go into each dish, made to order just for you. You may even have accompanied the chef to a local market to select the roma tomatoes and basil in tonight’s special. As always, you have a choice of venues to dine in, all with open seating and free of surcharges. Enjoy dinner in the exquisite AmphorA fine dining restaurant, lunch alfresco at Veranda, or an indulgent dessert in Stella Bistro on Wind Surf. Or perhaps you’d rather make it a romantic tête-a-tête under the stars in Candles, transformed by night into a dreamlike paradise. Delectable cuisine, delightful surroundings, inspired wine pairings … it’s just what you’d expect on your own private yacht — perfection.

VOYAG E HI G HL I G H TS • Access 11 UNESCO World Heritage Sites on a single cruise

• Walk Dubrovnik’s medieval city walls overlooking the Adriatic

• Journey the breathtaking fjord that leads to the Bay of Kotor

• The turquoise terraces of Plitvice Lakes near Zadar

• Stand in the original Olympic Stadium in Olympia, accessible from nearby Katakolon

• Corfu’s historic Old Town

• Explore the Acropolis and the Plaka in Athens

DAY 1 • Venice, Italy From the elegant carved gondolas and vaporetti that ply the Grand Canal to the magnificent Piazza San Marco bustling with life — Venice is unique in all the world. Follow where your feet take you, over romantic bridges, to shops selling precious glass, to small cafés for a cappuccino or Campari.

DAY 2 • Rovinj, Croatia Rovinj was an island before the channel was filled in the 18th century, so while the red terracotta roofs now spill inland, the Old Town is nicely compact — perfect for exploring on foot. Walk to the white bell tower of St. Euphemia saying a friendly

• The ancient Byzantine city of Mystras from Gythion • Mycenae, Epidaurus, and Nemea from Nafplio zdravo or ciao to the people you meet along the way. After 500 years of Venetian rule, Croatian and Italian cultures here have blended like a fine glass of Teran wine.

DAY 3 • Zadar, Croatia Something here will capture your heart. A balloon vendor in front of a centuries-old church. The champagne fountain elegance of Plitvice Lakes, waterfalls pouring over terraces every shade of green and blue. Sharing a bench overlooking the sea with a sun-drunk cat as you bite into a truffle.

DAY 4 • At Sea

with old Venetian forts, glorious beaches, and sublime views. Shop for exquisite hand-crafted gold jewelry. Perhaps made from some of those same gold coins?

DAY 9 • Katakolon, Greece Your plan for today is simple: Relive the thrill of the original Olympic Games as you explore the ruins of ancient Olympia, then give yourself over to a complimentary Windstar Destination Discovery Event that immerses you in the spirit of Greece. Feast on wine, Greek mezes, and folklore at an olive farm. Dance the Syrtaki. Opa!

DAY 10 • Gythion, Greece This roll-up-your-sleeves working town has the ambiance of Greece a half century ago. Visit a divine underworld in the magical Caves of Dyros. Travel to ancient Mystras, a 13th century ghost town where buildings lie empty. Take the advice of a fisherman repairing his nets and check out the delicious ouzeries and fish tavernas along the waterfront.

Zadar, Croatia

DAY 11 • Monemvasia, Greece DAY 5 • Dubrovnik, Croatia

DAY 6 • Kotor, Montenegro It’s almost too perfect to bear, the sight of your white Windstar yacht tracing its way across royal blue Montenegrin waters. Then the pièce de résistance: medieval Kotor. Follow the car-free streets past 12th century Baroque palaces and Romanesque churches, then branch off onto herringbone alleyways leading to pocket squares and quaint cafés.

DAY 12 • Nafplio, Greece If Nafplio’s considerable romance and charm don’t captivate you, there’s ancient Mycenae, the city that lent its name to a civilization. Or Epidaurus, where Greek dramas are still performed in a 4th century theater famous through the ages for its scenery and its sonic perfection. Or Nemea, where athletes once competed and where visitors today find well-preserved ruins among lush vineyards.

DAY 13 • Athens, Greece The Acropolis, the Plaka, and the Acropolis Museum, of course, are must-sees. Before you leave, purchase a mati or two (evil eye jewelry) to protect you from the envy of others when you return home with tales of your amazing voyage.

MEDITERRANEAN

There they are, the turrets of your dreams, a copper-roofed cathedral, a fountain of masked faces. This medieval city hasn’t changed much over the centuries except to become even more dear. Shop for rose water in a 700-year-old pharmacy. Peer at works by Raphael and Titian. Return to your ship anchored right beyond the city walls so you can admire its beauty with every glance.

Monemvasia is a place where only the determined go, or those with private yachts. (Don’t be surprised if yours is the only ship in the harbor.) The Gibraltar-like fortress is linked to the rest of the Peloponnese by a thin tendril of causeway that was once a drawbridge. Fewer than 100 live here full-time, in historic stone buildings covered with jasmine and oleander.

ruise through azure waters to timeless medieval towns, fairy tale castles, and beautiful pebble beaches. Revel in a day of perfect bliss with the

temperature just so and nothing on your agenda but a leisurely stroll along massive city walls or inviting seaside promenades. Feast your eyes on terracotta and turquoise, lose your heart to a cheerful tamburica tune,

and follow Ulysses on an odyssey of discovery.

Park Orsula is the stunning setting for your evening of Croatian wines, appetizers, and exclusive folklore entertainment.

VOYAG E HI G HL I G H TS • Gondolas, St. Mark’s, and the Bridge of Sighs in Venice are must sees

• The breathtaking view of Kvarner Bay from medieval Moscenice, near Opatija

• The living history within Split’s Diocletian Palace walls

• Experience the multi-colored pools of Plitvice, “lit” from below by pale travertine

• Enter Dubrovnik’s medieval city walls and thriving Old Town , thick with the atmosphere of the middle ages

• The natural wonderland of forested Mljet Island from Korcula

• An unforgettable Destination Discovery Event in Dubrovnik’s Park Orsula amid restored 14th century ruins

DAY 1 • Venice, Italy Goose bumps rise as you arrive in Venice, a marvelous chimera of land and sea. If time allows, taste a fior di latte gelato as gondolas pass by, feast your eyes on the gilded mosaics in St. Mark’s Basilica, or climb the Bell Tower to view a sea of terracotta rooftops before greeting your beautiful ship at the quay.

DAY 2 • Opatija, Croatia In the mid 1800s, this posh health spa and seaside resort attracted Austria’s Hapsburg nobility and celebrities like Puccini. Today it draws from a broader pool of elite including film A-listers and guests on exquisite yachts like Wind Star. Walk along the romantic miles-long Lungomare (seaside 16

promenade) passing street performers, Belle Epoque villas, and the Maiden with the Seagull — Opatija’s answer to Copenhagen’s Little Mermaid statue.

DAY 3 • Zadar, Croatia A Roman amphitheater, 9th century churches, and museums packed with Byzantine-era artworks crowd the peninsula that tidily contains the Old Town. A tempting way to spend the day for sure, although with five national parks within an hour’s drive, your choice is not without challenge. Plitvice Lakes dazzles with turquoise terraces and veil-like waterfalls nestled in primeval forest. Or while away the day listening to Zadar’s giant Sea Organ, a haunting musical improv performed by the surging Adriatic.

Piran, Slovenia

DAY 4 • Split, Croatia

DAY 5 • Dubrovnik, Croatia Look at those towering city walls, wrapped around the Old Town like a protective arm. Wander pedestrian-only streets from one 14th century marvel to another. Isn’t that view from the top of the wall incredible? The blue expanse of the Croatian Riviera in one direction, terracotta-covered history in the other. End the day at the Buza Café (if you can find it) watching bold divers leap off the cliffs into the sea.

DAY 6 • Korcula, Croatia Fishbone streets feed off the main arterial of this walled settlement making the humped peninsula look a bit like a rust-red tortoise. Beyond the medieval town lie woods, vineyards, and the idyllic island of Mljet, where Odysseus met the nymph Calypso and stayed for seven years. Visit Marco

Polo’s supposed home and ponder why he would ever leave this divine place, then end the day with some white grk wine, Mediterranean sunshine in a glass.

DAY 7 • At Sea DAY 8 • Piran, Slovenia If you woke this morning and thought we were in Venice, there’s a reason. This city, located on Slovenia’s scant 30 miles of coastline, was under Venice’s rule for 500 years, and while the canals are absent, the Venetians left their mark on local architecture, language, and cuisine. Like Venice, there are no cars to mar the views of sherbet-colored buildings and pristine water. Nearby, Ljubljana hints of Hapsburg days and Lake Bled charms with its fairy tale island and castle.

DAY 9 • Venice, Italy Your voyage ends here but there is much left to explore in this legendary city. Set a goal of getting lost — on foot, not by watercraft — and discover wafer-thin alleyways, colorful laundry fluttering below shuttered windows, and errant pigeons as lost as you searching for St. Mark’s Square.

A scenic ferry ride takes you back to the 6th century B.C. to the tiny island of Delos.

DAY 5 • Patmos, Greece This UNESCO World Heritage Site is known worldwide as the sacred island where St. John wrote the Book of Revelation. Patmos is the ideal place for nature lovers with its coastline of sheer cliffs and its volcanic soil. Highlights of Patmos include the Cave of the Apocalypse and the Holy Monastery of the Apocalypse.

DAY 6 • Santorini, Greece As our yacht approaches the spectacular cliffs rising from the deep azure sea, you’ll understand the magic of this area, where some say the ruins of Atlantis remain hidden. Visit the village of Oia and see the iconic Santorini blue domes. Toast the day with a crisp, cold glass of local Assyrtiko wine.

This Gibraltar-like town tied to the mainland by a single thread of causeway holds treasures that are old even by Mediterranean standards, with town walls and several churches dating to the 12th century. Climb to the upper town for an up-close look at the castle and Agia Sophia, a Byzantine church. Wander the lanes of the lower town lined with Venetian mansions, many of which have been lovingly restored. Savor the sun on a smooth pebble beach.

DAY 8 • Athens, Greece Explore the city in a 2- or 3-day Windstar Land Tour. From the gracious Hotel Grande Bretagne you’ll discover Athens’ celebrated treasures — the Parthenon, the stunning new Acropolis Museum, the Temple of Zeus, and many more — in the care of knowledgeable guides who will not only share the city’s ancient secrets and modern enchantments, they’ll also escort you with expert ease in complete comfort and confidence.

rench Polynesia is known as one of the best places to dive in the world. The water is a warm 79 to 84°F year round, and thanks to visibility of up to 150 feet, you’ll enjoy amazing views of

coral, wrecks, and sea life. Windstar has created a comprehensive program that will give you the best of underwater Tahiti.

HIG HL I G HTS O F O U R TA H I T I DI V E P R O G RAM • Bora Bora: Dive into the aquarium-like atmosphere of Bora Bora’s lagoon or explore just beyond the pass, encountering butterfly fish, parrotfish, and graceful rays of many species.

• Fakarava: Colorful coral, Napoleon wrasse, blue-fringed unicorn fish, and Picasso triggerfish are just a few of the residents you might see in the turquoise waters of the lagoon, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.

• Moorea: Known for its spectacular ocean dives, Moorea is ideal for beginners thanks to its lack of strong currents. Novices can hover over anemones housing comical clown fish. More advanced divers can explore deep canyons where moray eels and other predators roam.

• Rangiroa: With the largest atoll in the Southern Hemisphere, Rangiroa is a diver’s paradise. The area is renowned for the abundance of radiant fish, rays, turtles, sharks, dolphins and reef life. In November you may see hammerhead sharks. In September you are likely to see manta rays. And year-round you have a variety of marine life possibilities. TA H I T I

• Raiatea: A favorite with divers, the lagoon offers a range of landscapes from sea mounts to drop-offs. Drift dive Teavapiti Pass with its bright colors and dense marine life.

Certified Dive Program Experienced and certified PADI SCUBA instructors are on board to help make your experience perfect. Note: Proof of Certification and Log Book required for Certified Dives.

day’s activities are timed by the rumble of your stomach, the drowsiness following a good swim, an iridescent sunset that heralds “sailor’s delight” on the morrow. But then, one glance at your itinerary already told you that.

TERMS & CONDITIONS All itineraries, schedules, and ports are correct at time of publication but are subject to change without notice. “Windstar Cruises,” “We,” and “Us” refer to Windstar Cruises LLC, a Limited Liability Company that acts as the agent of Owner and is doing business as Windstar Cruises. Due to the small size and intimate nature of our yachts, Windstar Cruises is unable to accommodate children under eight (8) years of age. Guests under 21 years of age must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or chaperone in their stateroom or suite who is at least 25 years old; one adult (age 25 or older) chaperone is required for every five (5) people under 21. Should you need to contact Windstar Cruises prior to cruising, use this address: Windstar Cruises, 2101 4th Avenue, Suite 210, Seattle, WA 98121, U.S.A. CRUISE FARES: Your fare includes ocean transportation, stateroom or suite accommodations, and all meals and entertainment on board the yacht. Not included, however, are items of a personal nature, such as alcoholic beverages, laundry, transfers prior to or after your cruise, or optional programs or activities. Shore excursions and airfare are available for an additional charge. All rates shown are per person based on double occupancy. Fares are published in U.S. dollars (USD). Note: Third-person rates are available upon request. For further information on fares, nondiscountable amounts, taxes, and surcharges, please see below. SINGLES: Single occupancy of a stateroom is generally 175% of the published per person stateroom cruise fare (200% of the Owner’s Suite, Suites, and Bridge Suites per person cruise fares) and is subject to availability. WINDSTAR FARE PRICE ASSURANCE POLICY: Guests who purchase a cruise on Windstar will be eligible for reimbursement upon request if the fare published by Windstar for their specific departure and cabin class is reduced after they have made a booking and deposit, and if the request is received by Windstar at least seven (7) days prior to sailing. The reimbursement will be provided in the form of a shipboard credit, upgrade, fare reduction, or a future cruise credit. Windstar will determine the form of reimbursement, and the amount of reimbursement will be the difference between the fare actually paid by the guest and the published fare on WindstarCruises.com the day the request is received. Guests who select reimbursement will be eligible for any complimentary inclusive features (e.g., hotels, air, tours) associated with the new fare and will forfeit any complimentary inclusive features associated with the original fare. All requests for reimbursement must be made directly to Windstar Cruises at 800-258-7245 (during regular reservations hours) at least seven (7) days prior to sailing. Windstar’s new fare pricing assurance policy took effect with new bookings made on or after June 27, 2016. Windstar reserves the right to modify or terminate this policy at any time for bookings not yet made. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT: Windstar Cruises works with travel agencies worldwide to serve your needs. Reservations either made by or assigned to a travel professional must be managed by the agency of record. While Windstar is unable to provide specific booking information on agency bookings, we are happy to answer general questions. Alternately, you may reserve your cruise directly with us if you prefer. Since accommodations are limited by the number of staterooms or suites on each yacht, reservations should be made as early as possible. Payment for your Windstar cruise is to be paid to the travel agency with which you made your reservation, or to Windstar Cruises directly. Travel documents will be issued when full payment has been received by Windstar Cruises. Refunds for cancelled or unused services will be made, less any applicable cancellation fees and charges. If you have reserved your cruise with your travel professional, please be aware that additional cancellation fees charged by the booking agency may apply. DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS: Deposit of 15% of cruise fare, hotel, and non-discountable amounts is required within three (3) days of booking to secure a reservation. Final payment is due prior to 120 days before departure date. Your travel documents are usually received approximately 60 days prior to departure. If booking directly with Windstar Cruises send payments to Windstar Cruises, 2101 4th Avenue, Suite 210, Seattle, WA 98121, U.S.A. Payment is also welcome by American Express®, Discover Card®, Visa®, or MasterCard®. For faster processing, please include your confirmation number on your check. All charges are in USD. Windstar is not liable for any currency exchange rate or foreign exchange fee imposed by the bank or credit card company. Payment of the cruise deposit and Travel Protection Plan (if applicable) constitutes a binding of the Terms & Conditions.

LATE BOOKING POLICY: On bookings within 45 days of departure, Windstar Cruises requires final payment (cashier’s check, electronic transfer of funds, or American Express®, Discover Card®, Visa®, or MasterCard®) before we can initiate the process of requesting hotel and/or air space; on bookings within 14 days of departure, we are unable to make air or hotel transfers or arrangements. Windstar Cruises will advise you of the status of the request within five (5) working days of receipt of final payment. If your request is confirmed, electronic tickets will be sent via email. If we are unable to confirm your late booking, all monies paid will be refunded in full. Please note, changes or additions to the cruise package (i.e. transfers, special services, gifts, or onboard packages) cannot be made within seven (7) days of departure and should be arranged once you are on board the yacht. CANCELLATION POLICY: Each booking cancelled before 120 days prior to initial departure will be subject to a $50 per person cancellation fee. A full refund (except for the amounts paid for Cancellation Protection Plan and the $50 per person fee) will be made for written cancellations received by Windstar Cruises at least 121 days prior to the date on which you are to commence travel by any mode of transportation booked through Windstar Cruises (air, sea, or land). Guests who cancel after that date for any reason, including medical or family reasons, are subject to the following cancellation schedule: 120-90 days before commencing travel — 15% of gross fare (deposit); 89-60 days before commencing travel — 35% of gross fare; 59-30 days before commencing travel — 50% of gross fare; 29-0 days before commencing travel — 100% of gross fare. Windstar Cruises can only be responsible for refunding amounts actually received. Travel agencies may impose their own cancellation fees. Agency fees of any nature are a matter to be decided on solely by the agency and guests. Windstar Cruises passenger contracts are non-transferable. Name changes and departure date changes are considered reservation cancellations/re-bookings and are subject to cancellation fees. Changes require the prior approval of Windstar Cruises and may not always be possible. Windstar Cruises cruise and accommodations cancellation Terms & Conditions do not apply to airfare reservations. CHANGE FEES: Changing your itinerary after reservations have been made can result in a loss of advantages gained by early planning. To cover administrative costs, a minimum charge of $35 per person will be assessed if you request a change in your travel arrangements less than 121 days prior to commencement of travel. This doesn’t apply to departure date changes made by Windstar Cruises. Change fees are not assessed for stateroom upgrades or for the addition of services unless air reservations are altered and/or travel documents must be reissued. CRUISE CONDITIONS: “Yacht” refers to the yacht that will provide the ocean transportation portion of the cruise. “Cruise” refers to the specific cruise indicated, as it may be modified by us, and shall include periods during which you are embarking or disembarking the yacht or are on shore while the yacht is in port. “Initial Departure” means the time at which you first begin transit by any means of transport booked by us (including air transportation) for the purpose of taking the cruise. “Windstar Cruises Air Package” refers to air transportation booked for you by Windstar Cruises to enable you to travel to and from your cruise. NON-WINDSTAR CRUISES SERVICES: These include non-Windstar Cruises Services such as airlines and other off-ship transportation carriers, shore excursions, and accommodations. Non-Windstar Cruises Services are solely at your risk and subject to the terms or arrangements made by you. Windstar Cruises assumes no responsibility with respect to these non-Windstar Cruises Services including delay, injury, death or damage to property. Situations may arise that, in the opinion of Windstar Cruises, make it necessary for Windstar Cruises to cancel, advance, or postpone a scheduled departure, change itineraries or make substitutions involving ports of call, other travel components, vessels, or other modes of transportation. These situations may include, by way of example, concerns regarding weather conditions, issues involving safety matters, alternative business arrangements or charters resulting in the decision to withdraw a cruise from public sale, or requirements of governmental authorities. If this should occur, Windstar Cruises does not assume responsibility or liability for any losses, inconvenience, or expenses incurred by guests as a result.

GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES: Windstar Cruises does not discriminate against persons on the basis of disability. We seek, to the extent feasible, to accommodate the needs of persons with disabilities. There are no elevators on Wind Star and Wind Spirit nor were the yachts originally constructed to be wheelchair accessible. As a result, these two yachts may be unsuitable for people relying solely on mobility devices. Wind Surf, Star Pride, Star Legend, and Star Breeze are equipped with elevators, although some of the passenger common areas are not wheelchair accessible. Staterooms on Wind Surf are not wheelchair accessible. Four (4) suites on the all-suite yachts provide limited access for wheelchairs. Also note, there is no elevator access to board the yachts. Certain ports require the yacht to anchor; in this case guests must be ferried into port by using a gangplank to board a tender. Service animals are permitted on board yachts if prior arrangements have been made at time of booking. In limited situations where an individual with a disability would be unable to satisfy certain specified safety and other criteria, even when provided with appropriate auxiliary aids and services, we may find it necessary to ask the individual to make alternative travel arrangements. It is essential that Windstar Cruises is notified of any special medical, physical, or other requirements you may have at time of booking. FARES, NON-DISCOUNTABLE AMOUNTS, TAXES, AND SURCHARGES: Windstar Cruises reserves the right not to honor any published prices that it determines were erroneous due to printing, electronic, or clerical error. Each cruise fare includes a Non-Discountable Amount. That portion of the fare is both non-commissionable to travel professionals and not subject to reduction in the event of a percentage discount promotion, 2-for-1 promotion, or otherwise. If cost factors dictate the need for fare increases, Windstar Cruises may do so at any time prior to departure. Guests can cancel (without paying a cancellation fee) rather than accept a fare increase. Taxes will be collected separately from the cruise fare. The term “Taxes” as used by Windstar Cruises refers to certain taxes, fees, and charges imposed by governmental or quasigovernmental authorities, including port authorities, relating to any aspect of your cruise. Similarly, Windstar Cruises reserves the right to impose or pass through fuel surcharges, security surcharges, or similar incidental surcharges. No right of cancellation exists under any circumstances. YACHTS’ REGISTRY AND TRADEMARKS: All of the Windstar Cruises yachts are registered in the Bahamas and owned by Bahamian entities. “Owner” refers to the owner of the yacht; Wind Spirit is owned by Wind Spirit Limited; Wind Star is owned by Wind Star Limited; Wind Surf is owned by Degrees Limited; Star Pride is owned by Windstar Pride Limited; Star Breeze is owned by Star Breeze Limited; and Star Legend is owned by Star Legend Limited. Yacht ownership and registry are subject to change. Windstar Cruises has registered trademarks in the United States and various foreign countries for the names and phrases Windstar®, 180° from Ordinary®, 180 Degrees from Ordinary®, Romance Under Sail®, and the Windstar Cruises logo. Should you need to contact Windstar Cruises prior to sailing, use this address: Windstar Cruises, 2101 4th Avenue, Suite 210, Seattle, WA 98121, U.S.A. TRANSFERS/PRE- & POST-CRUISE SERVICES: Services for Windstar Cruises cruise-only guests (individuals who do not purchase air transportation or cruise extensions from Windstar Cruises) begin with embarkation at the noted time in your cruise documents. Any transfers, meals, and dayroom accommodations required prior to this time are the responsibility of the guest. Please make a note of this, as many international flights arrive several hours prior to the scheduled embarkation time. Guests may purchase a transfer from local airport to yacht for day of cruising and from yacht to local airport for day of disembarkation directly through Windstar Cruises Vacation Planning. Guests flying on dates other than the date of (dis)embarkation must arrange their own transfers unless the reason for the different date is because of the purchase of a cruise extension from Windstar Cruises. Transfers for these guests will be arranged between airport, hotel, and pier, as appropriate, so long as the transfer dates coincide with the dates of the services purchased from Windstar Cruises. SHIPBOARD ACCOUNT AND CURRENCY EXCHANGE: Our cashless society is designed to make your life on board as simple as possible. When you board the yacht, your account has already been activated and you may make purchases by simply showing your guest identification card and signing a receipt. On embarkation day, you will need to register your credit card (Visa®, Discover®, MasterCard®, American Express®) in order to use your on board account for shipboard purchases. We do not accept debit cards or prepaid cards. Your card will be

pre-authorized for USD $60 per person for each day of your cruise. At the end of your cruise, you will receive a final statement, and your card will be charged only for the actual amount of your purchases. Please inform your credit card issuer in advance that your card will be used on a Windstar yacht. This will help prevent delays in obtaining pre-authorization on board. Products and services on board are in USD. Windstar is not liable for any foreign exchange fees imposed by your card issuer. There are no currency exchange services offered on board.

A I R PROGR A M FORCED OVERNIGHTS: Due to airline schedules (and occasionally, lack of flight availability), travel between many major cities and your cruise may require one (1) or more hotel overnights en route. If necessary, the cost of this hotel accommodation is not included in the airfare and is the responsibility of the guest. Hotels will be selected by Windstar Cruises and may not be at the port. Guests are responsible for meals and items of a personal nature. Note: Some hotel packages may not be available in conjunction with our air/sea program due to our preferred carrier’s flight frequency between port cities and the U.S.A. or Canada. SEAT ASSIGNMENTS/AIRLINE SERVICE REQUESTS: While seat assignments, frequent flyer miles, or other service requests such as wheelchairs, special meals, or oxygen cannot be guaranteed by Windstar Cruises, your travel professional or Vacation Planner may assist you with these arrangements, where possible, once you receive your tickets. Some airlines or charter operations may not offer advance seat assignments. Each airline has its own baggage allowance policy. You are responsible for any excess baggage charges imposed by airlines. CUSTOM AIR SERVICE: Windstar Cruises offers services in making air arrangements to and from our cruises. All requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. If confirmation is possible, guests will be assessed a non-refundable service charge per request and any additional airline costs incurred. AIR CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS: Once airline tickets have been issued, any changes or cancellations will be assessed a $50 per change, per ticket fee, in addition to fees imposed by the airline carrier. Published and consolidator fares are non-refundable once ticketed. Your Vacation Planner will discuss the terms of your ticket with you prior to purchase. Should the change or cancellation requested result in a fare increase or airline-imposed fee, you will be solely responsible for payment of the additional amount. The maximum refund for unused flights will not exceed the air add-on paid by you to Windstar Cruises. Please note, that because of changing airline tariffs, your actual air tickets may reflect fares higher or lower than the charge assessed by Windstar Cruises. If so, the difference is neither chargeable nor refundable to you. LIABILITY AND RELATION WITH AIRLINES: If, due to any cause beyond our control (including, for example, capacity controls placed upon us by airlines due to the types of fares under which we book), we are unable to arrange for air transportation or the air transportation we arrange is unavailable or otherwise fails to materialize, our sole liability will be limited to refunding the air add-on amount paid to us. We assume no liability for any acts or omissions of any airline, including, without limitation, those involving cancellation of flights, schedule changes, re-routings, damage to or delay or loss of baggage, flight delays, equipment failures, accidents, pilot or other staff shortages, overbooking, or computer errors. The liabilities and obligations of an airline to you and your rights against an airline are subject to any and all terms and conditions of the airline’s ticket and tariffs and any and all governmental laws and regulations bearing upon or otherwise relating to such rights, liabilities, and obligations. AIR TAXES AND FEES: Air add-on costs quoted by Windstar Cruises will not include passenger facility charges, federal flight segment taxes for each flight segment (takeoff and landing), the September 11 security fee per passenger enplanement, international arrival and departure taxes assessed in foreign countries (the amount of which may be charged in the currency of the foreign country and is subject to change), or new taxes which may be enacted after this brochure was published. 8.3.16
