The Winch

We inspire, challenge and affirm children and young people in building relationships, enriching community and fulfilling their potential. The Winch is a youth and children's charity established in 1973 in Swiss Cottage, Camden. Over the past 40 years we have worked with children and young people who are at risk of being let down and left out by society, and we currently do this through our Play, Sport, Youth and Community & Enterprise initiatives.
