I don’t know about you, but one thing always comes to mind when I think about late summer and early fall— outdoor cookouts! Sunshine, lawn games, barbeque on the grill, and a refreshing beverage in hand.

It doesn’t get much better. While your own backyard can be a nice spot for a get-together, sometimes you need (or want) a little extra space. Here at Willowsford, we offer a couple of options for a casual gathering at our outdoor pavilions. And if you’re looking to ease the planning and prep work, opt for a catering package from Willowsford Kitchen!

INCLUDED:

• Private use of pavilion space for a maximum of 50 people

• Picnic tables, covered fireplace, potable water, grill (tools not included)

• Private event signage

• Designated parking area

RENTAL BLOCK • TIME • PRICE

Full Day • 11 AM • 7 PM $150 (+ $150 Refundable Deposit)

A flat daily rate applies to pavilion reservations; at no time shall a reservation go beyond daylight hours.

WILLOWSFORD KITCHEN CATERING PACKAGE:

Grilling Party at the Pavilions - $950 (Serves 50)

• Farm Veggies & House-Made Ranch Dip (substitute potato chips for the veggies at no additional charge)

• 50 All-Beef Hot Dogs with Buns, Ketchup, Mustard

• 50 Marinated Chicken & Veggie Kabobs

• Choose Two: Creamy Potato Salad, BLT Pasta Salad, Watermelon Feta Salad, or Coleslaw

• Choose One: Chocolate Chip Cookies or S’mores Bars

• Includes 50 compostable luncheon-sized plates, 50 compostable dessert plates, disposable forks/knives/ napkins, disposable serving spoons/tongs

Ready to get started? Pavilions are available for reservation on a first-come, first-served basis for Members in good standing. Reservations must be booked online at least 14 days in advance, but no more than 60 days in advance. Visit the CivicRec Registration Catalog to book your pavilion party!
