VON Metro VancouverContinuing to Make a Difference in Your Community On behalf of VON Canada – Western Region – Metro Vancouver site’s staff and volunteers, we are pleased to offer you this Community Health Guide, which provides information about VON programs and services that are delivered in this community by professional staff, volunteers and caregivers. VON, a charitable not-for-profit organization, has been in the forefront of home nursing and community health services in Canada for 114 years. We are known for leadership in building a network of home health care, health promotion and support services that anticipate and respond to the needs of this community. We will continue this proud tradition of identifying health and social needs and finding the ways and means to provide services to meet those needs.
