Patient/Visitor parking is available in the East Parking Lot, South Parking Lot and Emergency Lots. Wheelchair accessible parking is available in all parking lots. Designated patient pickup and drop-off areas are located at the East, South and Emergency Entrances. Do not park in restricted or Fire Lane areas. Vehicles parked in these areas are subject to fines or towing.

Parking Rates are as follows:

• East Parking Lot (enter off of Wood Street or Elm Street) and South Parking Lot (enter off Wood Street) – $5.00 flat rate per visit • Emergency Parking Lot (enter off of Hepburn Street) – $5.00 flat rate per visit Change machines are available on ground level at three main exits (East, South and Emergency exits). Gates accept Mastercard, Visa, or exact change. Please put your car in park while paying at the gate. All parking revenue helps support patient services at the Hospital.

Local and Toronto area newspapers are available just outside the East Entrance to the Hospital.

Atrium Cafe – Retail Food Court for Visitors

Conveniently located on the ground floor in the Atrium Salads • Soups • Sandwiches • Specials • Dessert • Coffee • Cold Beverages Open 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Vending Machines

Available 24 hours a day, located on 1st floor by entrance facing Elm Street and ground floor near Mammography. A refrigerated vending machine with healthy food options is available in the Atrium. Soft drink machines are located in most waiting rooms.

Television and Telephone

To order television service please dial 1-866-223-3686. Have your Visa or MasterCard ready and know the room/ bed number of the patient. Service is non-refundable and non-transferable to another patient. Instructions will be posted in your room. Look for this sign.
