Seniors and People with Disabilities: Our helpful bus operators will make sure you get where you need to go. Enjoy clean, safe and reliable service to shopping areas, community services, medical offices and more. We operate a specialized service within our regular transit bus areas for persons with disabilities. For people unable to use our accessible fixed-route buses, para-transit (door-to-door) services are available by appointment at least one day in advance. The para-transit fee is $2.00 one-way and $4.00 round trip. Please call WAT at 757-220-5493 for eligibility information. Cyclists: All buses are equipped with bike racks to assist in your journey. Spanish-speaking Passengers: Contact the Network for Latino People at 757-566-2833 (or visit www.nflp.cdr.org) for information and assistance. William & Mary Students: The Green Line provides daily transportation throughout campus. Students may ride free with their William & Mary ID card. Remain seated until the bus comes to a complete stop. When you wish to depart the bus, notify the bus operator in advance by pulling the overhead cord. When departing, please do not walk in front of the bus. Wait until the bus departs so you can look both ways to safely cross the street. Only radios with earphones allowed. No ffood or drink in open containers is allowed. No littering or smoking is allowed.

For visitors, area residents and students, the Williamsburg Trolley is an inexpensive and fun way to travel to our area’s favorite destinations. Ride with us and travel in style. Each of our trolley cars features ornamental wooden seating, a cheerful, two-tone red and green exterior and bicycle racks. On warm days, the trolley has an open-air atmosphere. During your trip, the driver will point out historic sites, restaurants and must-visit attractions. The trolley operates a continuous loop daily to Williamsburg’s favorite communities of Merchants Square, the Williamsburg Shopping Center, High Street and New Town, including stops near the College of William & Mary. Convenient connection points along the route make it easy to connect to Williamsburg Area Transport or Colonial Williamsburg buses. For only 50¢ a ride, the Trolley is your economical transportation alternative. So, sit back and relax – you can forget about traffic and parking hassles when you take a trip on the Williamsburg Trolley.
