E&E Gala Ball 2018 On behalf of E & E Management we send our special thanks to all 3oo plus guests who enjoyed and attended the Red Carpet Charity Gala Ball supporting “Hogar Maria Auxiliadora Orphanage” Celebrity guests, Little Stars Runway Models, Miss Lindeza Australia contestants all walked the Red Carpet looking stunning and elegant. The arrival of celebrity guests on the Red Carpet was one of the highlights before the actual event began. Celeste Billinge - Australian TV Icon - International Celebrity & Professional Model - Fashion Editor of “Moda Mujer Magazine”, Maurice Rinaldi, international fashion/celebrity photographer. This year’s Married At First Sight (Season 5), Patrick Miller; Alexander O. Montgomery - a published author, published model, Entrepreneur and TV personality; Richard Stockman from The Stockmans Breakfast and Richard Stockmans Big Brunch radio show; Sara Salmeron, Reina Hispanoamericana Australia 2017 , Maggie McGuire - Teen Universe Australia 2017; Anthony Wayne , Mr Diamond Australia 2018; Amit Sing - Mr Bollywood King Australia 2016; Gigi Era - Glamour Queen Dancing Diva and “Ana Diction” - Dancing Queen. They were all then welcomed to the stunningly setting arrangements and decor by Tiaanii Events lead by Justice Nelson, making San Remo Ballroom look elegant in black, white and gold! The MC for the night was Miss Latina Australia 2016, Georgette Vega, looking fabulous wearing one of a kind a Vicoola Fashionista Gown. The night got underway with the dance group PoisE’n Bollypop, dancing to the inspired rhythms of Bollywood, they were followed on the stage by 12 year old international model, singer and athlete, Gabbi Gabrielle Young from Bangkok who went onto sing and dance the world wide hit Despacito. She was followed by Mina and Mali Australia Models presentation of their Ambassadors

On the Night E & E Management introduced Little Stars Runway Newest ambassadors Kingsley,Naomi and Tyson. Little Stars Runway then presented awards to their models who were present. The formalities ended with the Crowning presentation of all of their categories from ages 3 and up and Cindy Guevara was crowned Miss Lindeza Australia 2018. The night of entertainment continued with a performance by Ivana , Australia’s own Selena Quintanilla with her Selena tribute show. The guests were then enchanted by the fabulous performance by Gigi Era - International Glamour Queen Dancing Diva and models. Anibal Tabone was the DJ in charge of keeping the guests on the dance floor moving to the tunes of the 80’s & 90’s RNB and commercial Latin. He was preceded by the band Latin Beats. Last but definitely not least, the guests were treated to a dance show by the high profile “Ana Diction” - Dancing Queen. The night ended with the charity raffle with all funds raised going to the charity by all the contestants that participated in the Charity award section, with Helena Popovski being named Charity Queen for raising the most funds. Cindy Guevara, the New Miss Lindeza Australia will be representing Australia in Bolivia this October as Reina Hispanoamericana Australia 2018 and will visit the “Hogar Maria Auxiliadora” Orphanage in Cochabamba, Bolivia and present all funds raised to the home personally. MARIA AUXILIADORA “La sonrisa de un nino es la pureza de Dios” Hogar Maria Auxiliadora is an orphanage in Cochabamba, Bolivia, which is run by nuns of the Catholic Organization Hijas del Divino Salvador, the orphanage offers a welcoming home to 55 young girls aged between 3 to 18 years old and a space that provides stability, education and care, with the sole purpose of supporting the girls’ development and empowering them to be part of society. Estela Tapia has a personal connection to the orphanage as her aunt, Sister Maria Alicia Caceres is one of the nuns who helps run the home. Her aunt has been an integral part of the home for many years. Back in Melbourne, Estela and her family regularly run fundraising activities ranging from garage sales, community dinners selling delicious “pupusas” to help raise money for the orphanage’s Christmas celebrations. She has also actively used E & E Management and its flagship events to support the orphanage throughout the year. Miss Lindeza Australia 2018 contestants were also given the opportunity to raise money for the orphanage by selling raffle tickets and getting sponsorship from local businesses to be considered for the title of Miss Charity Award as part of the competition. Estela and Vicki are overwhelmed and proud as many more participants have taken on the challenge in raising funds for the orphanage, adding to the excitement that it is, to have this year’s Miss Lindeza Australia 2018 winner participating internationally once again in Reina Hispanoamericana 2018, our crowned winner will also get to visit the Orphanage and spend time with the girls and present the funds raised by the Australian contestants. Just as Sara Salmeron, Miss Lindeza 2017 did last year when she visited the orphanage and embraced the opportunity to spend time with all the girls of the home. This is in line with the competition’s focus on giving back to the less fortunate and empowering young girls all around the world to be a positive role models in their own communities. hat a Fantastic year it has been for E & E Management. Excited to say, we’ve joined forces with the Fabulous Fashion Designer and now Director and creative Director Vicki Popovski of Vicoola’ Fashionista as my Business Partner! Words can not express how greatful I am to have her by my side looking at every detail with her creative vision... She has already been heavily involved with us for 4 years , but now her involvement makes it official as she is has also become my business partner and Creative Managing Director and a very important piece in our business. Her knowledge, support, enthusiasm and love for what she does has been imperative in all of our Fashion parades and events together, I think we have pulled through some amazing shows last year and now through 2018 with the help of our General Manager Veronica Perez and volunteers, it will be a better one yet!.. So with our new Partnership we decided to continue with what we love but we will be making it an E & E Annual Charity Gala. . Making it a Red Carpet Charity Gala with celebrities who accepted our request to join us!. And we are so proud to have successfully done so thanks to all involved.

We also, proudly sent Sara Salmeron to compete internationally in the biggest Latin American Pageant in Bolivia, wearing a stunning Evening gown by Vicoola Fashionista and vibrant National costume by Tamarabell. At the Final Sara was named Miss Congeniality Reina Hispanoamericana 2017 and she was humbled from the warm welcoming at the Hogar Maria Auxiliadora Orphanage. With Little Stars Runway, we have incorporated more workshops with our fabulous coach and trainer the talented Georgina Charteris, as we partnered to work closely internationally with Mina and Mali in Thailand. As LSR successfully presented 2 fashion parades at the Endeavour hills shopping center and another one at Bacchus Marsh with about 25 Models from Little stars Runway and our New E & E Management Models modelling from their retailers. We then wicked it up with another fashion parade “Little Star Runway Wicked Fashion Show” showcasing showcasing Vicoola’ Signature Collection & Mia Sophia Collection , Funf Sacks menswear and Little Gumnut Boutique It has been a fabulous year for our Little stars as many of them have stayed with us making it not only a pleasure but also a privilege, to see them grow whilst being part of our Little Stars Runway Modelling Family .

he 17th of June 2017 is a day that a new door of opportunity opened up for me. It’s the day that I was crowned Miss Lindeza, and consequently, appointed as Australia’s first ever representative for the annual Reina

Hispanomericana pageant in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. As exciting as the whole experience would be, I knew it would be tough with many challenges ahead. From day 1, the support that I received from Estela (a.k.a my ‘pageant mama’) and the entire team was just amazing. I felt supported, empowered and encouraged every step of the way. I am most grateful for being given the freedom to not shy away from my personality, values and who I am as a person during the course of my title. In the lead up to my departure to Bolivia, I learnt as much as I could about Reina Hispanoamericana (RHA), and was dedicated to preparing myself mentally as well as physically. The elite level standards and expectations of RHA meant that I had to be extremely focused and determined to achieve my

goals and put my best foot forward. It was very confronting to go into this pageant knowing that our country had never had a representative, but I was willing and prepared to turn the doubt and apprehensiveness of many, into a belief that Australia well and truly deserved a place in RHA.

The 19 days away from home were life changing; they were filled with more ups than downs, numerous new friendships that are still blossoming till this day and experiences that made me grow personally and professionally. Most days would begin at 4:30am for hair and makeup, and some days we would get back to the hotel from rehearsals past midnight. Despite the long hours, the people you are surrounded by and the beauty of Santa Cruz makes everything memorable and very worth it. It was such an honor and privilege to also bring home the title of Miss Congeniality amongst 27 of the most beautiful and kind-hearted women I had ever met; it will be something that I will treasure forever. One of the most exciting legs of our trip to Bolivia, was the visit to the Maria Auxilliadora Orphanage. I learnt so much from the beautiful girls and sisters there, and in many instances had to fight back the tears of such an overwhelming experience. I really feel as though the young girls changed my life instead of me having any sort of impact. I will never forget how welcomed I felt, and how humbling it was to be looked up to by such beautiful people. Thanks to this incredible experience, I can say that I have made history for our beautiful country and that my life has been enriched in a way that I never knew possible. I am so fortunate to have had the full support of my family and friends, and especially to have had my amazing partner Dominic cheering me on in Santa Cruz. I have endless gratitude to Estela, Eduardo and the entire team for having allowed me to embark on such a monumental journey, and I can’t wait to support our next representative.

From the first photograph, it was obvious that Celeste would have an affinity with the camera lens. Of course at the age of 3 when photographed for The Sun News Pictorial no one could an�cipate the impact she was to have later in life as one of the most recognizable faces as a photographic model and television personality. It was, as you would expect on the beach on a sunny day that a keen photographer scanning the sun seeking girls reposing on the sand saw Celeste and asked if he could photograph her. The photo at the age of 15 finished up on the front page of The Age. Celeste, a�er comple�ng her educa�on at Methodist Ladies College started her working career as a nurse, and then changed direc�on to the banking industry. As a result of the front page Age picture, modeling agencies were researching where this new talent was from and it didn’t take long for her to be signed up by Vivien’s Model Agency, one of the leading agencies and so commenced a highly successful modeling career. One of her first assignments was a film clip for the band Sherbet and a front cover of New Idea who she would do many more covers for in years to come. A�er some �me of being in great demand by local photographers, adver�sing agencies and the corporate sector Celeste headed off overseas, to London in fact where she set up base and was an instant success doing a vast array of commercial photography which took her too many exo�c places around the world. She worked with world renowned photographers and appeared in film clips for bands such as Hot Chocolate. Her smile won her the pres�gious contract as the Pearl Drops girl. In addi�on she worked on the movie Flash Gordon with Timothy Dalton later to become James Bond. With family in Australia, Celeste returned home in 1981 and was offered the role as assistant to Ian Turpie to co-host the remake of the game show to be en�tled The New Price Is Right. In 1981 it were two very significant adver�sing campaigns that made Celeste a part of the news with the Anse� Airlines “Would you know which airline ….” and the Holeproof ... “No Nickers” campaigns.

She became a household name over the 5 years she was on the show and even when the show was axed by Channel 7, the producers of the show Grundy’s put her into the highly successful Sale of the Century where she was the principal model for a period of 5years. In addi�on to The New Price Is Right and Sale Of The Century, Celeste was also a presenter of Ta�slo�o, and other television specials as well as infomercials. She appeared in an inﬁnite number of commercials which included Kelvinator commercials with Dick Emery, the Milk Board campaign with John McEnroe, Tennis Australia, and Golf championships with Seve Ballesteros, Adidas, Sunsilk, Vaseline Intensive Care, Boags Beer, Sportsgirl, Portmans, GMH, Ford, Mercedes and more. During her �me on Sale of The Century she completed a Degree in Public Rela�ons and corporate communica�ons; in addi�on Celeste wrote a fashion column for the popular lifestyle publica�on Out ‘N About. One of her most sa�sfying achievements has been teaching young girls grooming, deportment and self esteem in her own workshops and also at the renowned Suzan Johnston School. Front covers of such magazines as New Idea, TV Week, Cleo and many others are a testament to her very successful career. As a mother of 3 very ac�ve children, Celeste is focusing on their future however never to turn her back on the fashion and entertainment industry, she s�ll undertakes photographic work, trade presenta�ons, workshops, infomercials and is now developing a range of fashions and jewelry to be marketed under the label.

nspired by her mother from a young age, Tamara independently broke into the design industry with ‘Tamarabell Designs’ in 2014. Tamara’s love for sewing and design developed from age 11 when, with the assistance of her mum, she sewed her first pencil case. From there, Tamara went onto sewing cushions and her own party dresses by age 15. Starting off her business with alterations, it was word of mouth which initially put the name Tamarabell Designs out in the industry after Tamara was asked to design and create an evening dress for a private function. From there, she began to promote her business by posting her collections on Social Media. She has also gained publicity by photographers who photograph their models in her gowns and credit Tamarabell Designs in their portfolios.

Moving forward, Tamara has ambitions to grow her business and become a well-known name in the Australian design industry. She would like to see herself known as a designer with gowns and garments made in Australia using all Australian materials. Currently, not only is Tamara working on custom made bridal and engagement gowns for clients, she is also working on a new collection to present at the Australian Fashion Awards. The event will be held in September 2016 and her collection will be couture based with an emphasis on details such as beading and lace.

In 2015, one year after beginning her business, Tamara was approached by Melbourne Spring Fashion Week to have her collection on show at Longroom in Melbourne. As an emerging designer, this was Tamara’s first major Photo credits: Tedy Himawari, Medoza Mina

collection event which gave her a great amount of exposure. A few months later, she was also invited to be a part of World Vegan Day which gave her exposure from Fashion TV in Australia.
