Guide for Court Reservations

The focus of these guidelines is to optimize resident/member play time and improve the Court Reservation System/Procedures. These guidelines are intended to improve the overall Tennis lifestyle at Williams Island. We have decided to implement these changes in a few weeks to provide ample time for the Residents/Members to prepare for any changes to their normal routine.

Please see a Tennis Team Member if you require a tutorial on the Court Reservation System, as this is the most efficient way to reserve your courts. Remember that the Court Reservation System can be accessed easily from your mobile device, not just a desktop or laptop, as we make every effort to make the court reservation system even more accessible for everyone. We will analyze all the data and feedback after 30 days to ensure that these process and procedures are working as intended.

Effective May 2, 2022:

Tennis Pro Shop will open daily at 7:30am.

Reservation System: • On-Line Reservations will begin daily at 7:45am • In-Person Reservations will begin daily at 8:00am • All Court reservations will be posted daily outside the Pro Shop • The same booking timelines apply: • Monday for Friday • Tuesday for Saturday • Wednesday for Sunday • Thursday for Monday • Friday for Tuesday • Saturday for Wednesday • Sunday for Thursday
