The floating home securely is resting on a floating concrete basin. Necessary is only the infrastructure of a modern mooring in a marina with sewer connection and electricity (incl. power voltage). On a total of 125 square meters one can combine easily holiday-flair and all day life, all comforts included.

Die Heizungsgrundlast ist durch eine WasserWärme-Tauscher-Anlage gesichert, die mit Solarpaneelen auf dem Dach unterstützt wird. Das ebenfalls auf dem Dach installierte Photovoltaik-Panel stellt den Strom für die Wärmepumpe bereit.
The basic heating load is secured by a water heat exchangersystem, which is supported by solar panels on the roof. The photovoltaic panel supports the heat pump with solar power.

Von der Planung über die Ausführung und Vorfertigung bis hin zur Auslieferung an den Liegeplatz müssen ca. 3 bis 4 Monate kalkuliert werden. Hinsichtlich des Designs ist alles möglich, da keine Baugenehmigung im herkömmlichen Sinne benötigt wird.
From planning and prefabrication to delivery to a mooring it takes 3 to 4 months. Due to the design everything is possible, because no building permit is needed.
Die Preise differieren je nach Austattung und Design. Sie fangen mit der Basisversion an in Höhe von ca. 2.700 € pro qm zuzüglich Transportkosten in Höhe ab ca. 13.000 €
The prices depend of course on the equipment and special wishes, starting with the basic version of round about 2.700 € per qm plus transport costs to the mooring, beginning with approximately 13.000 €.
