Combining tradition and innovation with the limitless resources of its location, Wichita State offers much more than you'll ever find in a traditional college town. Thanks to our location in Kansas’ largest city, Wichita State students take learning out of the classroom and into the real world, gaining practical experience, building a resume, making connections and ultimately getting a jump-start on a career. We have results to back it up, too. Data from the Kansas Board of Regents indicates WSU graduates have higher post-college job placements in the state after graduation and earn more than graduates from other traditional Kansas universities.
