Strong

STRONG Nation™ combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. In each class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. Drop-in available.

Pilates at the Beach

Yoga Yin

Yin Yoga is a slower paced more meditative version of the popular physical spiritual yoga. Poses are held for longer periods of time targeting the connective tissues such as ligaments, bones and even joints of the hips, pelvis and lower spine rather than focusing on the muscles.
