Material - Sections: obtained from self-passivating high-tensile Steel strip (once sold under the name Cor-Ten), which upon exposure to air forms a uniform and stable layer of oxide that covers the sheet metal and stops atmospheric corrosion. Thermal break: high-density rigid polyurethane.

Thickness - 15/10 Physical characteristics - Fe 510 X (C max% 0.12: Si% 0.25-0.75: Mn% 0.20-0.50: P% 0.07-0.15: Cu% 0.25-0.55: Cr% 0.30-1.25: Ni max% 0.65) Reference standards - EN 10149 Surface treatment - after forming, the material is dipped in special oxidising baths to accelerate formation of the protective layer. Upon reaching the required surface colour, the surfaces are passivated followed by waxing to stabilise the material.
Construction - the frames are made from the rough rolled product by seam welding of the contact surfaces followed by the oxidising cycle. Fittings - all the fittings for the system are sized for the declared capacity loads: the locking systems and installation screws in particular are made in Stainless Steel.

Thickness - 15/10 Physical characteristics - Cu Zn 33 CW 506L (OT 67, 67% copper and 33% zinc) Reference standards - EN 1652:1999 Surface treatment Burnished finish - after forming, the product undergoes stress relieving followed by mechanical cleaning with abrasive and then burnishing by dipping in burnishing liquid; the section is then washed and dried and lastly protected by application of Vaseline oil. Polished finish - after forming, the product undergoes stress relieving followed by mirror polishing.
