THE CLIENT

The Common community is made up of a range of residents, from people aged under 25 to 45. The residents residing 61-63 Myrtle Street Chippendale are like minded people that share a curious mind and a desire to live their life in a more connected sustainable way with like minded people around them. They share similar intentions, values, and interests. They all care for their community and work together as a team to maintain the shared rooftop garden. They are big on community and often host group activities and organise events that bring together the residents and their family and friends together.
