THE BRIEF

Common’s is an apartment block designed on the bases of simple living a building that is sustainable, minimal, and honest. The project is about designing a place that people wanted to live in, a place they would love, a place they would call home. The building will have two, two bedroom apartments, and one, one bedroom apartments, a shared communal roof top garden and seating and dinning areas. The building will also include bike storage in the garage of the building. The budget for this project will be 50 million The Site is situated in Chippendale which is 2km south of the CBD it is close to restaurants such as the spice alley, close to galleries, shops, markets, schools, public transport.
