OUR STORY Hotel Prinzessin Rupprecht is situated within one of the famous historical buildings in Swakopmund built during the time of German colonialism. With the building being established in 1902, it was used as a hospital until the end of World War One. Subsequently it also operated as a maternity ward, school hostel and crèche.
