A number of new training techniques were launched at the annual Boxercise master class to help instructors deliver more varied classes. Hosted at Brunel University, the event was free to attend for all registered Boxercise instructors. Founder Andy Wake said: “I wanted to make sure that our instructors were looking for ways to continually develop the classes that they teach. Instructors often work on what can be a lonely freelance basis, so it’s important that every year we remind them that they are part of a bigger team and that there is support available.”
