You are not alone. We are here to ensure you are comfortable and fully informed throughout the process. The agent representing the seller has a signed agreement to advocate solely for seller. You should have an agent on your side, who is committed to putting your interests first.The contract spans over 25 pages and is filled with confusing and arcane terms. That’s okay – we know what we’re doing and are experts in local market dynamics and trends. It’s important not only to negotiate terms that help you secure the home you want but also to avoid overpaying or getting trapped in a bad deal without an easy way out. We will assist you in finding the right balance of price and terms.

Due-Dilgence & Repairs:

The due-diligence period and process are integral parts of the journey, allowing buyers a detailed look at a property’s condition and history. We provide guidance and conduct thorough research to negotiate effectively for repairs, credit, and/or a price reduction.

Professional Recommendations:

Throughout the course of a property transaction, a buyer needs to engage the services of various professionals, such as home inspectors, mortgage brokers, and movers. The company is defined by the values and vision of its two founders, Stephen Shapiro and Kurt Rappaport.
