Established in 1928, West Shore Country Club was envisioned as a place where friends could gather for social and recreational activities. Over the years, as membership grew, our original vision has remained true. Located on 164 acres in the heart of South Central Pennsylvania, our club offers the finest in golf, tennis, swimming, dining and social activities for your leisure times. Our variety of banquet settings can accommodate parties from a small business meeting to a grand wedding celebration. Room Descriptions
Ballroom (Maximum Capacity: 300) Our distinctive and one-of-a-kind, semi-circular Ballroom provides a classic setting for the most elaborate of wedding receptions. It is spacious enough to offer multiple food stations and bars, while allowing your guests the opportunity to socialize and celebrate. The large stage overlooks a similar semi- circle, hardwood dance floor that draws a spotlight to the most cherished moments of your wedding reception and the crowd once the dance party begins.
Courtyard (Maximum Capacity: Ceremony 300 – Reception 250) Imagine exchanging vows amongst a backdrop of perfectly manicured greens! Our Courtyard offers an ideal location for wedding ceremonies and/or cocktails and hors d’oeuvres before the formal reception. Enjoy this location for a sunshine-filled or sunset affair. Hearth Room A favorite location amongst our members, the quaint and cozy Hearth Room offers an ideal location for the more intimate affairs. Equipped with a permanent bar, lounge seating and quick access to our beautiful Courtyard, this room provides an appropriate setting for your guests to mingle and mix with hors d’oeuvres and cocktails; a relaxing precursor to an evening full of fun.
President’s Room Suggested as an extension of your cocktail & hors d’oeuvres hour, our President’s Room features an elegant, eye-catching oversized chandelier. This room offers the opportunity to double in size with a removable partition joining the Cumberland Room.
Cumberland Room Offering our newlyweds and their bridal party a private setting to take in the moment, our Cumberland Room is transformed into a secluded escape. We provide lounge seating and a reserved station for you and your attendants to enjoy a bite and a refreshing beverage before making your way through the crowd.

Getting Ready with Us Ladies Card Room ($300.00 Rental Fee)
Consider inviting your hair and make-up artists to the Club to begin your special day being pampered amongst our fine facilities! Our Ladies Card Room offers all amenities that a bride and her attendants need to prepare for a long day of celebration. Beaming with natural light, comfortable seating, a flat screen television, plenty of outlets and easy access to our Ladies Locker Room (showers and vanities). This room also offers the ability to arrive and exit through a private entrance and the opportunity to capture your stunning bridal portraits amongst the gorgeous scenery that is West Shore Country Club.

Fees & Policies GENERAL INFORMATION West Shore Country Club’s all-inclusive Wedding Packages are offered for a 5 hour time frame (cocktail hour through reception). All functions are to be completed by 11:59pm. Additional time may be purchased at $500.00/hour. Clients will be held responsible for any destruction or damage to club property. Smoking is permitted outside the entrance of the Ballroom only. SPONSORSHIP West Shore Country Club is a private club, therefore all banquet events must be held for or sponsored by a member of our club. If you do not know a member, we can assist in obtaining a sponsor for you. DATE SELECTION We are thrilled to accommodate your bridal event or wedding reception in accordance to our event calendar. A two week hold is offered free of charge. After this time, a 25%, non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time frame. DEPOSIT All room reservations require a 25% non-refundable deposit to be submitted via check or member charge. This will be applied to your event invoice. If services are undetermined at the time of booking, the Director of Catering reserves the right to determine a deposit amount at his/her discretion. CONTRACT West Shore Country Club mandates that all banquetrelated functions sign a contract, submit a deposit and complete the Member Sponsor Form to secure your event date. MENUS Your reception menu is to be finalized at least four weeks prior to your wedding day. You and your partner are welcome to a complementary entrée tasting to help you decide on a meal! Customization is welcome and encouraged, though special requests may result in price variations.
DEADLINES
Sixty Days Prior: An additional payment of 25% of the anticipated bill is due. One Month Prior: Menu, set-up details and floorplan are to be arranged. One Week Prior: Guaranteed guest count, including plate count, must be arranged at least 7 days prior to your event. After 7 days, counts may not be reduced. Additions within 72 hours of your event will result in a charge of $10.00 per person.
PAYMENT All remaining charges will be billed to the member/member sponsor’s account upon completion of your event at which time an invoice will be e-mailed to you. Payment is to be received by check or member charge within ten days of your event. Late payment will incur a Late Fee of 10% per month on the unpaid balance beyond 30 days consecutively. You (the patron) will be responsible for all costs if the account is placed in collection or proceeds to litigation. SERVICE CHARGE | SALES TAX A 20% Service Charge and 6% Sales Tax will apply to all food/beverage prices and is denoted by (++). FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) How do I book my event at West Shore Country Club? Please contact our Director of Catering to finalize your booking. Is there a room rental charge? There is no charge for the rental of the Ballroom for your wedding reception. Included in your booking are the Hearth, President’s & Cumberland Rooms. The Courtyard may be available to for your use dependent on prior bookings (please inquire); if available, no charges will apply. The Ladies Card Room is offered as a private space for you and your bridal party at $300.00 (unless meal service is contracted). Do you require a minimum attendance for meal service? All Wedding Packages are offered for a minimum of 50 guests. Additional meal service for occasions such as bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, etc. is offered in the following:
1 – 12 guests: A la Carte Menu (Dining Room menu) may be used for lunch & dinner service 13 – 20 guests; A pre-determined (3-4 entrée), Limited A la Carte Menu may be used for lunch & dinner service 21+ guests; a pre-determined meal from our Catering Guide is required
Are we able to offer multiple entrées for a plated meal service? Multiple entrees are allowed, at the following charges:
Choice of 2 entrees; additional $2.00 per plate Choice of 3 entrees; additional $3.00 per plate Please note, pre-selected/promoted vegetarian options will conform to the pricing listed above. Entrée counts and a breakdown by table must be given with your guaranteed guest count. Additionally, you will be required to provide place cards identifying your guest’s meal selections for any Platinum Package. Are we able to bring in food and/or beverage? West Shore Country Club provides food and beverage services to all banquets and in-house functions. With this, we are able to provide both consistent and quality products. Exceptions are made for specialty cake/dessert and celebratory pastries. Please verify with the Director of Catering for approval and delivery/handling instructions. Can West Shore Country Club supply my vendors with a meal? Vendor meals are encourage and can be supplied at your choice of the following:
Reception Entrée - Package pricing applies Chicken Marsala - $18.00 per vendor Turkey Club Wrap - $15.00 per vendor What are your policies regarding the service of alcohol? In compliance with the regulations of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, West Shore Country Club handles the service of alcohol professionally and seriously. A RAMP Certified bartender will be assigned to all events with contracted bar services. Shots are not permitted and West Shore Country Club reserves the right to deny any guest of alcoholic beverages at any point during your event. If you would request a specific brand of liquor, beer and/or wine, the Club will strive to honor your request. 19 What time are my vendors able to arrive for set-up? Please inquire with or have your vendors contact the Director of Catering on vendor set-up. Does West Shore Country Club allow overnight parking? We want your guests to be responsible and safe. Overnight parking is permitted, so long as all vehicles are removed by 8:00am the following day. West Shore Country Club has proudly partnered with Unique Limousine and three Rossmoyne-area Hotels (Mechanicsburg) to ensure safe & quality travels for all of your family and friends.
