DBR U13 1-1 Inter Kenmare (22/10/2016) The U13s were at home in their league on Saturday and it was another game of mixed fortune in each half. The U13s led 1-0 at halftime through a goal from but Inter Kenmare got back into the game in the second half and scored the equalizer with about five minutes to go and could possibly have scored the winner right at the end of the game. DBR were very dominant down the wings and Danny Kavanagh and, man of the match for a second week in a row, Oscar Donegan were getting a lot of space as attacking full-backs. The U13s should possibly have been further ahead at half-time with chances that on another day they would have scored. Strong DBR defensive play from the ever-reliable centre back pairing of Robbie Sheehy and Paddy Ryan, and goalkeeper Elijah Greenan in the 2nd half

meant that they earned a point form the draw. It seemed like 2 points lost rather than one point gained at the end but it was good experience for this team who have stepped up a division and are holding their own.
