Promotion Periods
This promotion is only open to non-members of ONE55. During the promotion period on Thursdays and Fridays only from 5pm until close of business, non-members can visit ONE55 unlimited times for the price of ($5).
Outside of these dates and times the non-member can still visit but will have to pay for a standard casual entry pass. Who may enter Only non-members of ONE55 may enter this promotion. Age requirements in line with ONE55 policy.
How to enter/play
Location
1. Eligible participants will need to arrive during the eligible dates no earlier than 5.00pm.
2. Eligible participants do not need to sign up to a membership during this period but must provide their full contact details as per the ONE55 sign-up process, including completion of the Pre-Exercise Questionnaire (PEQ).
These details will be retained by ONE55.
3. Only the eligible participant who has signed up will be able to enter. Additional visitors must also provide their full contact details.

General Terms and Conditions
1. All decisions of ONE55 are final.
2. This promotion is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
3. ONE55 & West HQ accept no responsibility for any additional costs associated with accessing the promotion, other than stated in these Terms and Conditions.
4. Not refundable or transferable if cancelled for medical or relocation reasons.
5. A record of all participants will be kept.
6. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are not members of ONE55.
7. The Promoter reserves the right and licence to use a selected entrant’s name, suburb, photograph, image and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising West HQ
8. Participant’s personal information may be disclosed to the NSW Fair Trading and winners' names will be published as required under relevant legislation.
9. Subject to law, the Promoter (including employees, agents and contractors) has no liability to any person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection with this promotion. This clause does not apply to the extent that West HQ liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of West HQ in respect of supply of services and/or goods in the ordinary course of West HQ’s business.
10.If for any reason this competition is unable to run as stated above due to technical/printing errors etc., the Promoter reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions to run this the fairest way possible with the least disruption.
11.The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or alter this promotion at any time (such as in the case of unforeseen circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control), subject to compliance with any Fair Trading guidelines.
12.The Company reserves the right to refuse the issue of a pass.
13.The Company may cancel a pass or refuse access to its facilities if the holder displays inappropriate behaviour towards employees, other members or visitors. Inappropriate behaviour may include but is not limited to bullying, harassment, foul language and aggression.
14.The pass holder may be refused entry if suspected under the influence of drugs, alcohol or effect of any medications that make use of equipment dangerously
15.These terms and conditions (including operating hours) may be varied by the company, at its discretion, which will notify the holder of any changes
16.The Company may contact you (including by email, SMS, telephone or such other means) for marketing purposes.
17.Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate disqualification of any entrant.
18.Disqualification will be at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
19.All decisions are final and are at the discretion of West HQ
