STUDENT AUCTION JOB FORM | MAY 5, 2018 Dear Parents & Students: The time has come to start assigning student jobs for the Western Mennonite School Benefit Auction. ALL STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND the auction and will be assigned a minimum 3-hour shift at various jobs. There will be no school the following Monday in appreciation for all the hard work our students, families, and staff give on auction day. All Faculty and Staff will also be working on this day, along with a number of parents, fellow church members, community volunteers, and alumni. If you have not done so already add MAY 5 to your calendar now! All students are expected to submit the Auction Job Form regardless of schedule conflicts (Even SAT’s) Please return it completed to the office prior to April 6th, 2018. OR sign up online at www.WesternMennoniteSchool.org/auction-jobs, also by April 6th
If you don’t return this form completed by the date above, you will be assigned to work after school for a three hour time period, so please return the form as soon as possible. Final job assignments will be posted in late April.
