Our Meeting rooms Every space at Hotel Arsenaal tells its own story. From Delft Blue and the House of Orange-Nassau to the robust history of the former Armamentarium, Delft’s rich past can be felt throughout the hotel. The Blue Meeting Room and Orange Meeting Room are ideal for meetings, presentations and smaller gatherings. For larger groups, dinners, receptions and events, our Event Space offers plenty of possibilities. Each space has its own distinctive character and can be tailored to suit the purpose and atmosphere of your gathering.
Blue Meeting Room Delft Blue has been closely associated with the city of Delft since the sixteenth century. Over the centuries, this traditional craft has been passed down from generation to generation and remains very much alive today. This tradition can also be found at Hotel Arsenaal. For example, we serve our coffee in specially designed Delft Blue tableware, created through a unique collaboration between Royal Delft and WestCord Hotels. The Blue Meeting Room is located on the first floor of Hotel Arsenaal. Thanks to its flexible layout, the room is suitable for a variety of gatherings, including meetings, presentations, training sessions and workshops. The setup can be adapted to suit the programme and the size of the group, with a maximum capacity of 50 people. The Blue Meeting Room is equipped with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, making it easy to facilitate presentations and audiovisual support. Your own laptop can be connected via an HDMI cable. Orange Meeting Room Delft and the House of Orange-Nassau have been closely connected for centuries. In 1572, William of Orange took up residence in the Saint Agatha Convent, which later became the Prinsenhof. His presence left a lasting mark on the city, and much of this history can still be seen throughout Delft today. The Orange Meeting Room is located on the second floor of Hotel Arsenaal and features a permanent boardroom setup. The room is ideal for meetings, strategy sessions and private gatherings for up to 22 people. The Orange Meeting Room is equipped with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, making it easy to facilitate presentations and audiovisual support. Your own laptop can be connected via an HDMI cable. Event Space The Event Space is the largest and most versatile setting at Hotel Arsenaal. Its robust character, historic features and spacious layout make it suitable for both business events and festive occasions. Located on the ground floor of the hotel, the space opens onto our atmospheric courtyard. Depending on the chosen setup and programme, the venue can accommodate up to 350 guests. From conferences, presentations and staff gatherings to networking receptions, dinners and celebrations, the space can be fully tailored to suit the desired atmosphere and programme. The venue is offered without standard furniture or audiovisual facilities. Together with our trusted external partners, we can arrange the setup, technical equipment, catering, decoration and entertainment entirely according to your wishes. This makes the Event Space not only the setting, but the heart of a complete and personalised event.

Culinary Experience From the first cup of coffee to the final dinner, we are happy to tailor the culinary experience to your programme and your guests. Welcome your guests with coffee, tea and something delicious, and enjoy carefully selected break moments throughout the day. For lunch, you can choose between a served lunch or an extensive lunch buffet. End the day in a relaxed way with drinks and bites in De Wapenkamer or, weather permitting, in our historic courtyard. A High Tea or High Wine is also available. Prefer a more extensive dinner? Choose from a three-, four- or five-course dinner, a walking dinner or a buffet, optionally accompanied by a matching wine or drinks package. Naturally, we are happy to take allergies, dietary requirements and other preferences into account.

From Hotel Arsenaal, you can easily cycle through the historic city centre, along the canals and towards the green surroundings outside the city. A bike ride is a great addition to a meeting, multi-day stay or team programme and offers the perfect opportunity to step away from the working environment together. Rondje Arsenaal
€14,50 per person, including one drink Join ‘Rondje Arsenaal’, a short city walk around the centuries-old building that is home to Hotel Arsenaal. City guide Kelly from Kelly’s City Tours will take you through the history of the Arsenaal and its unique place in Delft. During this approximately 45-minute tour, you will hear fascinating stories about the building’s past and this historic part of the city. Rondje Arsenaal is suitable for groups of up to 12 people.
In Collaboration with Hotel Arsenaal Boat Rental in Delft
From €94,- per boat, depending on the type of boat Experience Delft’s rich history from the water as you cruise along its picturesque canals, historic canal houses and impressive churches. Boat rental is available during the high season only. While exploring the waterways in and around Delft, you will pass several buildings that have played an important role in the city’s development as the technological capital of the Netherlands.

From €29,50 per person Looking for a fun and interactive activity for a company outing or team-building session? Through Uitjesbazen, a variety of team-building activities can be organised at Hotel Arsenaal, including Quiz Show Deluxe or a Murder Mystery Game.
Stay Overnight Turn your meeting or event into a complete experience with an overnight stay at Hotel Arsenaal. The hotel offers 66 characterful rooms, including Comfort Rooms, Superior Rooms and five luxurious Suites. The historic features of the sixteenth-century building are still clearly visible throughout the rooms, giving every stay a unique atmosphere. All rooms feature comfortable beds and modern amenities, while varying mainly in size, layout and location within the monumental building. For multi-day meetings, company events or larger groups, we are happy to help create a suitable accommodation package. The following morning, you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast together in De Wapenkamer. This way, your programme does not end with the final agenda item or drinks reception, but with time to reflect, catch up and look back on a successful gathering together.
Central, Comfortable & Easy to Reach In the Heart of Historic Delft Hotel Arsenaal is located in the heart of Delft’s historic city centre, between the Oude Delft and Nieuwe Delft canals. From the hotel, you can easily walk to the city’s squares, shops, cafés, museums and attractions. The hotel is also easily accessible by car and public transport.
By Car From the A13 motorway, take exit 9 towards Delft Centrum. Follow the signs to the city centre and navigate to: Korte Geer 3, 2611 CA Delft. Hotel guests can park on Hotel Arsenaal’s private car park, subject to availability. Parking costs €25 per night. The parking space is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Six charging points for electric vehicles are available in the car park. If required, parking can be used from 8:00 AM, provided it has been reserved in advance. For business meetings, a daytime parking package may be available, for example from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For evening events, an evening parking package may apply from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Rates and availability are available upon request.
By Public Transport Hotel Arsenaal is approximately a five-minute walk from Delft Station. From the station, cross the bridge towards the city centre. Continue straight ahead via Barbarasteeg towards Breestraat, then turn right onto Korte Geer. Hotel Arsenaal is located at the end of the street.

During this meeting, we will discuss the purpose of your event, the programme and your wishes, so we can tailor the proposal as closely as possible to your needs. Based on this information, we will prepare a personalised proposal. Within one week, you will receive a clear and detailed quotation. If any additions or adjustments are needed, we will be happy to refine the proposal until everything fully meets your expectations. In the lead-up to your event, we will of course stay in touch. A few weeks beforehand, we will go through all practical details together once more, including the final guest list, programme, room setup, dietary requirements and any technical or additional requests. Payment and cancellation terms will be included in the quotation and accompanying email. This way, we work towards an event that is carefully tailored down to the smallest detail, allowing you to focus entirely on your guests and the programme.
