The "Wes Penre Papers" are structured into five "Levels of Learning." Each level consists of a certain number of papers that are loosely building upon each other, so the readers will learn more as they go along. This is the story of SECTOR 9, our sector of the Milky Way Galaxy and the nearby stars. This is PART 1 of the FOURTH LEVEL OF LEARNING, called LUCIFER’S REBELLION. Our journey has now taken us to the Ancient Galactic Wars and the Rebellion of one of the Royal Princes of Orion. Little did anybody know that this Rebellion would have such terrible consequences! Since the war started and Lucifer was cast out of “Heaven the Orion Empire” the war has been continuous in our sector of the Universe, and it has indeed affected Earth big time. This is the story behind what happened in the Heaven before we were invaded, and how Earth was taken over by a ferocious warrior race, thirsty for revenge…
