Public Seating Area
The tall construction can give a sense of oppression with the narrow road. This feeling worsens at night. These would be better prevented through proper lighting and elimination of secluded areas and narrow walkways. Therefore I’ve pushed the building back, opened up a wide entry to create sense of place, moreover, by having these short walls with seats out on the walkway where the original BA footprint was, creates an inviting and relaxed atmosphere at the same time connects with the public realm.
