Councillor Pam Chambers

I have lived in Wendover with my husband for 10 years, having moved here from nearby Long Marston. I am a Professional Investigator working in the aviation industry, mainly investigating aviation accidents and insurance claims. In my previous life I was a Police Officer working in the Child Protection team. I enjoy keeping fit, walking my Sealyham Terrier in the woods and spending time with my family. I am also a massive Disney World fan! Wendover is a special place to live and I am proud to offer my services to the community.

Councillor Jo Durden Moore

I relocated to Bucks 3+ years ago with my husband, 2 teenage stepchildren, 2 rescue dogs and 2 rescue cats. We settled just outside Wendover and love everything that it, and the surrounding villages, has to offer. After 25+ years of global brand, communications and marketing consulting, www.facebook.com/wendoverparish/

This month you have the perfect opportunity to meet your new councillors I have turned my efforts towards voluntary community projects. I am aiming to make a difference as a Governor at Aylesbury Grammar School, a voluntary dog trainer at Hearing Dogs for Deaf People and now as a Councillor for Wendover. I am excited to be part of this wonderfully vibrant and historic market town and look forward to serving it as our world around us evolves.

Councillor Kieren Jarratt

I have lived in Wendover since 2013 and settled here with my fiancée, Dee, and my son who is in Year 6 at Wendover Junior. As a Logistics Officer in the RAF, I have lived all over the country, but now prefer to commute to work rather than to move to new postings every couple of years. I am the Officer Commanding Logistics for the RAF Chinook Force at Odiham. I am passionate about Wendover and the beautiful surrounding countryside and am driven to ensure that as a community, we do not sleepwalk into becoming a conurbation

Wendover Produce Market Saturday 19 September, 9am to 1pm Manor Waste of Aylesbury or the ever-encroaching urban sprawl out from London. Embracing new with old, I believe that the council should campaign to deliver a vision for Wendover vested in its historic and natural charm with the growing need to protect and provide areas of natural tranquillity for respite and recreation within the crowded South East region.

Councillor Diane Washington

I was born and raised in Wendover and was educated at local schools. After moving around the country, and a threeyear stint living in the USA, I returned to Wendover in 1988. My 2 daughters both went to John Colet and still work and live locally. My granddaughter currently attends Wendover Junior. After more than 30 years in customer services, both in banking and clinical environments I hope to be involved in shaping the future of the local community. To become someone who will help in decisions for the benefit of local people, serving the community and acting to improve the quality of life while preserving the heart and character of Wendover.
