General Rules and Regulations as listed in the fair booklet apply to everyone. 2. All livestock/equine exhibitors must provide proof of insurance with policy number, name of insurance company and expiry date on Entry Forms. 3. Dress Code – proper riding attire and approved helmets required and must be worn at all times while mounted. 4. Committee reserves the right to change or alter the program. Classes must have a minimum of 3 entries to run. Show changes and/or corrections will be posted on website and at registration booth day of show. Courses, class lists and order of go will be posted by 8:00am. Late entries will be added to the bottom of the order. 5. Horse and ponies may be used. 6. Divisions will be split if more than 20 or 40 entries depending on division. 7. Entries in the Leadline Division are restricted to classes in their division only. Riders entering the Beginner or Short Stir-up Division are restricted to classes in their division plus class 13. 8. No refund without vet or doctor’s certificate. 9. All riders/horses/ponies must be in a safe, controlled manner at all times. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and immediate removal from fairgrounds. 10. Double bridles, leg wraps and/or splint boots are not allowed. Martingales may be used over fences only. Crops and spurs are permitted in all classes 11. Anyone excused by the judge must leave the ring immediately. (Exception: if eliminated by refusals you may take ONE courtesy fence and exit the ring). Failure to do so will result in disqualification from the remainder of your classes you have entered, and you will forfeit your entry fees for those classes. 53
