REGISTERED CLASSES
Interval Sweat: Cycling, skipping, shadow boxing & abdominal work.
Pilates: New Sessions begins Sept. 20 for am class and oct. 18 for pm class. (Mon/Wed pm classes also available beginning Sept. 19).
Step & Strength: Intervals of stepping and muscle conditioning make for a great overall workout. Cardio Pump: Two minute intervals...cardio then strength. Strength & Stretch: Work with the stability ball and weights and finish the week with a longer stretch. Circuit Training (Weight Room): A fast-paced, intense workout involving rapid transition from station to station on strength training equipment. Prior experience an asset. Intermediate to advance class.

Bootcamp: A fun class that will push you out of your comfort zone and bring results quickly. Join this athletic style workout ... you don’t have to be an athlete to participate! Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm. 5 week outdoor session beginning Sept. 8. Saturdays run outdoors then continues indoors as weather dictates. New 8 week session starts Sept. 10. Teen Bootcamp: Circuit style workout. Thursday 4:305:15. Session begins Sept. 29 for 8 weeks.
NRG Circuit (Aerobics Room): An energizing class where individuals move through cardio, strength and balance stations.
NRG Cicuit for Parent & Youth (ages 9 & up): Thursday 5:30-6:15pm. Session begins Sept. 29 for 8 weeks.
Body Blast: A group resistance training class utilizing bands, dumbbells, body bars, steps, balls & bodyweight.
