3 Quick and Easy Dressings

Keep sugar content down by whipping up your own dressings. Whisk together all ingredients except oil. Then slowly add oil.

Chef Tse’s Apple Shallot Dressing 3 Tablespoons grated apple 1 teaspoon finely grated shallot ½ teaspoon finely grated ginger

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon white wine vinegar 3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil pinch salt and pepper

Spiced Vinaigrette 1 garlic, minced ½ teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon chili powder 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1 Tablespoon honey 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoons olive oil pinch salt and pepper

Lemon Yogurt Dressing 1 clove garlic, crushed 2 Tablespoons lemon juice 2 Tablespoons plain yogurt 24

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoons olive oil pinch salt and pepper
