Within the main building, the ‘Alsaciennes’ rooms feature exquisite bedding, coordinated chairs and canopies, shimmering curtains, wooden floors and period fireplaces, making each of these rooms a small paradise ! In the small manor house, comprising part of the annex building, are completely renovated contemporary-style rooms.At the bar, you can appreciate cocktails amidst a chic and cozy atmosphere, while for cigar aficionados there is a dedicated area.
Philippe BOSC, the current owner, bought the hotel ‘Les Iris’ from the VONESCH family. The infrastructure was completely transformed and given the name ‘La Ferme des Moines’ in 2003. The restaurant was decorated according to the site’s history and monastic spirit dating from 1135. After numerous changes the Hotel ‘Les Violettes’ opened its doors in 2003. The décor, made up of sacred fittings, paintings by great artists, works of art and modern and antique furniture dating from the seventeenth century. It was during 2012 that a complete renovation was carried out.
