Bluezberry Jam to appear in Concert SaNFOrd – Sanford Unitarian Universalist Church, 5 Lebanon St., Sanford, will present Bluezberry Jam in concert on Saturday, April 6, at 7 p.m. Bluezberry Jam is an eclectic mix of blues, jazz, rhythm and jam featuring five performers from Portland. They are Myra Robinson,
vocals, percussion; Dave Collins, guitar, vocals; Rob Landry, bass, vocals; Rick Cormier, percussion, and Rudy Gabrielson, harmonica, keys, dulcimer, vocals. Tickets will be $10 per person or $25 for a family and will be available at the door. For more information, call 207-3243191.
KeNNeBuNK – Leading Acadian genealogist and historian Lucie LeBlanc Consentino will speak at the April 6 meeting of Kennebunk Free Library’s Genealogy Group. Consentino’s presentation, “Acadian History and Genealogy,” will begin at 10 a.m. Consentino is a respected genealogist who has been published in several Acadian, American, and French-Canadian genealogy journals. She speaks frequently at events around the United States and Canada and delivered the keynote address at the Commemoration of the 250th
Anniversary of the Deportation of the Acadians in Boston, Mass. Her website, Acadian & French-Canadian Ancestral (www.acadian-home.org), is
