EASY TUNA PATTIES

INGREDIENTS:
2 cans Chunk Light Tuna in Oil
1 onion, diced
⅓ cup oil
1 tbsp mayonnaise
2 eggs pinch of pepper
¼ tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 375°.
2. Sauté the onion in oil until translucent.
3. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
4. Grease a 9x13 pan and heat in the oven.
5. Drop the mixture by spoonful onto the greased pan, forming patties.
6. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes until crispy.
TIP: Onions can be sauteed in the oven, covered for 20 minutes.
NOTE: Tuna patties can be prepared in a Betty Crocker pizza maker.
