Popular market back at Gerang Gerung

erang Gerung Hall Committee will again present a Handmade Crafts and Produce Market as part of Regional Arts Victoria’s ‘Home is where the Hall is’ project.

The biannual market will be at the hall, just off the Western Highway at Gerang Gerung between Dimboola and Nhill from 10am to 2pm on November 10. Home is where the Hall is provides regional communities with an opportunity to celebrate the roles of regional community halls. A cyclone badly damaged Gerang Gerung’s first hall in 1897 and for the next 65 years stays propped up the building to prevent it from falling over.
