anterbury-Hurlstone Park RSL club will celebrate Senior’s Week by holding a number of events starting this weekend. A Health and Wellbeing expo will kick off on Sunday at the club from 10am-5pm, with activities including Zumba, Yoga, Bellydance, Tai Chi and line dancing. There will also be speakers
throughout the day, who will talk on a range of topics. Holisitic Health Practitioner, Marilyn Martin, will discuss the range of health and wellbeing options available to seniors. Microbiologist guru, John Ellerman, will speak about how to fi ght the nasty superbugs that emerge as winter approaches. And
psychic medium, Marcia Quinton, will advise on how to best clean your home and living space with positive energy. Following the expo on Wednesday, rocker Warren Williams will take to the stage at the club at 10.30am in a free concert. For details on the expo phone 9559 0011.
