“Fitness Forever” 180 degrees
This week we had a sit down with the fitness mavens Zainab Alam and Umar Jahanzaeb behind the 180 degrees fitness organisation. Currently they run successful boot camps and studio workouts all around Pakistan. They’re also going to start bollydaz dance classes as well as workout plans for senior citizens. Trust us; you’re going to want to know what these two have to say about all the myths and misconceptions that people have regarding fitness.

What is your philosophy on fitness? Do it right, or don’t do it at all. We believe fitness has to be done with excellence while following scientific methods to achieving our client’s goals.
What are your workout routines like? Our workout routines incorporate a blend of weight training and cardiovascular endurance movements with the purpose of swift and healthy fat loss. The program design ensures that by the end of the program the clients are healthier, fitter, toned, and all around stronger thanks to the workouts. What’s your favourite quote or mantra? “Sore today, stronger tomorrow”. Goes not only with fitness but all walks of life. The harder we work today the stronger we come out tomorrow. We really try to push this mantra in during our workouts.
