The Petitioner seeks these variations to rebuild a clubhouse, swimming pools, sport court and fence in the R1-A Zoning District. The new clubhouse will encroach into the required rear yard, the total impervious surfaces will exceed the maximum for the R1-A district, the deck will encroach into the street yard, the sport court will encroach into both the street yard and side yard, the fence enclosing the pool area will encroach into the street yard, exceed allowable maximum fence heights and will have privacy slats in the chainlink.
The above application is available for inspection at the office of the Village Clerk, 27 Riverside Road, Riverside, Illinois 60546. During the Public Hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear testimony from and consider any evidence presented by persons interested to speak on these matters. REQUEST: The Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing on the text amendment application of the Petitioner for amendments to the Oak Park Zoning Ordinance. The Petitioner seeks an amendment to Article 2 (“Definitions and Rules of Measurement”), Section 2.3 (“Definitions”) of the Oak Park Zoning Ordinance to add the following definition: “Temporary Educational Day Camp – Remote Learning.
