RACE DESCRIPTION This is a two miles and three-and-a-half furlongs handicap steeple chase for four-yearolds and upwards which have been rated from 0 to 105. This race is additionally open to horses rated 106 and 107. In a handicap the weight that each of the runners carries is determined by their official handicap rating which is based on their level of form shown so far. The aim is to ensure competitive racing by asking the higher rated horses to carry more weight than lower rated rival. As a guide, horses rated 0 tend to be at the lower end of the scale whilst the very best performers would be rated as high as 107.

PLAY SMARTER
SHORE SHANTY and Sublime Heights can both be expected to build on their chase debut efforts and they could be the pair to concentrate on. Preference is for the former, who is now 3lb lower than when third on her first start over fences at Worcester and she promises to be suited by this step back up in trip. Little Orange is best of the rest ahead of Mill Race King. TIMEFORM PREDICTION: 1.SHORE SHANTY (IRE) 2.SUBLIME HEIGHTS (IRE) 3.LITTLE ORANGE
