Race Description
This is the second division of Race 1. Some races can often prove very popular with owners and trainers and as a result more horses are declared to run than the official safety limit allows for. To avoid horses being denied a run, which is obviously disappointing for connections, the British Horseracing Authority allows the race to be split into two divisions, with each contest carrying identical race conditions.

PLAY SMARTER
If ISSAR D’AIRY is in the same form as when winning comfortably at Lingfield last Tuesday he should take a bit of stopping under a penalty. Fame And Fun was running well when departing 2 out at Wincanton last week and looks next best. Handicap-newcomer Sassified would enter the reckoning if the betting speaks in his favour
