Race Description

This contest is a Novice Stakes, to be run over a distance of seven and a half furlongs. There are a variety of reasons why the three-year-olds and upwards in this race are still light on experience. Stoutly bred horses are unlikely to be seen at their best over the shorter distances of their juvenile season whilst a setback or injury can curtail even the most precociously bred horse’s two-year-old career

PLAY SMARTER

MANY A YEAR has an appealing pedigree and his stable isn’t averse to debut winners, so he’s worth taking a chance on even if it’s taken him a while to reach the track. Parlando is an obvious danger if the market vibes are positive after 16 months off and Princess Niyla can’t be ruled out.
